1. Objective - - There are many things we plan to accomplish i.e., gain respect from other clubs as well as receiving public recognition, but most of all to bring friends and tuners together who share the same interest of tuning their rides.
2. Bylaws - - All members must abide by each and every bylaw.

• No drinking and driving whatsoever
• Dont bring shame or embarrassment to the club
• Have to show up to at least 2 meetings per month

3. Meetings - - Meetings must have all members present unless directed otherwise from the Pres. or VP. If member is unable to attend a meeting they will be asked to contact the Pres. or VP. One/Two days prior to the meeting. If member fails to contact an official then they will be placed on probation. Three (3) counts of violation of the Bylaws results in the member's membership being canceled. Meetings will consist of: voting new members into the club, voting members out of the club, discussing further club advancements, collecting required membership dues. If member fails to pay required membership due then they will be placed on probation and given approximately 3 months to catch up on the dues. If member is unable to complete paying dues within this period of extended time, then their membership will be canceled unless member has a legitimate reason. Meetings are held Fridays or Saturdays every weekend.

4. Membership Requirements - - New members will be placed on a probation period of 2 weeks. If Bylaws are violated within this period of time the member's membership will be terminated immediately. All new members must attend the next upcoming meeting, which will be organized by the Pres./V.P. Existing members will vote new members in. All members must be present at these meetings for vote-ins. All members must purchase an Adrenaline X Car Club sticker. New additions to the club must have their vehicle customized with at least 3 mods

. In addition to having future plans. (I.e., custom paint, height mods, stereo, bumper, or performance parts.) Stickers and Lighting do not count as mods. Membership fee is to purchase sticker for ride and any other representation you might want (i.e. shirts, hats, banners, etc.)

5. Representing - - All members must have Adrenaline X representation (i.e. rear window sticker) the club shirt, hats, and any banners are optional. All members rides must be maintained as best as possible.

6. Probation - - If any one member is placed on probation with the exception of new members they will have 30 days to get reorganized and their act together. If the member fails to do so in the specified time their membership will be terminated. If any one member has been placed on probation more than 4 times per year their membership will be terminated without rejoining capability. If any one member's membership has been canceled their Adrenaline X representations must be removed ASAP.
